Rooted in Origin. Roasted With Intention
We’re Brewlant, a Canadian coffee brand rooted in Salvadorian passion. We partner with high-altitude farmers to bring you single-origin micro-lots and small-batch roasts that elevate your everyday ritual.
Meet the Founders
Born in El Salvador and now calling Canada home, Stefany and Rafael share one mission: to introduce premium Salvadorian coffee to Canadian drinkers who appreciate exceptional flavor and thoughtful sourcing.
Brewlant was born from the founders’ connection to El Salvador and their belief in the power of coffee to support rural communities.
After years of hardship that deeply affected farming regions, many coffee farms are now entering a new chapter, bringing renewed activity and opportunity back to local families. Some of these farms belong to close friends of the founders, making this mission especially personal.
Brewlant was created as a way to help champion Salvadoran coffee while contributing to greater awareness, education, and economic opportunity around the people, communities, and origins behind every cup.
Passionate about origin and flavor, they saw a gap, a “gem in the desert”, for high-quality, artisan beans with Salvadorian roots. So they built Brewlant to work directly with local micro-producers. Their goal? Showcase those hidden gems and bring limited-run, expertly grown coffee to Canadian homes and cafés.
Our Source
We partner with Hope & Co., the Salaverría Riedel family of Apaneca–Ilamatepec, El Salvador. Each micro-lot is grown at high elevation on farms like Finca San Martín and Finca Santa Rosa, hand-harvested at peak ripeness, and processed with care. Their commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship ensures every bean is grown with respect, for people and planet.
Better Beans, Responsible Roots
Every Brewlant cup supports more than taste, it supports transparency, ecology, and community. We work with partners who uphold responsible land management, pay fair wages, and maintain small-batch integrity. Our beans are grown at high elevation under shade, helping preserve biodiversity and carbon balance. We use low-impact materials and we continue to explore sustainable practices across every stage of our supply chain. Because better coffee should leave a better trace.
