Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Limited micro-lot releases or high-volume periods may require additional time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Ontario: $17 CAD flat rate
Free shipping on Ontario orders over $55 CAD

Rest of Canada: $15–$19 CAD flat rate - Shipping limitation may apply.
Free shipping across the rest of Canada on orders over $75 CAD

USA: $16–$22 CAD depending on destination
Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
Ontario: 1–4 business days
Canada-wide: 3–7 business days
Continental USA: 5–10 business days - Shipping limitation may apply.

Tracking
Tracking is included with all orders. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Brewlant is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Returned packages may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Brewlant will reship the order or issue store credit. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Replacements or store credit may be issued depending on availability.
